◆但廣大用戶常為開(kāi)鑿巖洞時(shí)右側(cè)的超挖量大于左側(cè)而苦于無(wú)法解決。原因是鑿巖機(jī)后部柄體結(jié)構(gòu)所致（柄體右側(cè)比左側(cè)寬，左側(cè)邊緣離鑿巖機(jī)中心線尺寸為110mm，而右側(cè)則是185mm）造成打邊孔時(shí)右側(cè)的角度大于左側(cè)。為了幫助用戶解決這一問(wèn)題，我廠經(jīng)過(guò)多次對(duì)鑿巖機(jī)柄體右側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)，并進(jìn)行了充分的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)（右側(cè)邊緣離鑿巖機(jī)中心線尺寸由185mm縮減到135mm，接近左側(cè)的110mm）用戶反應(yīng)效果甚好。基本解決了開(kāi)鑿巖洞時(shí)右側(cè)比左側(cè)超挖量大的問(wèn)題，既減少了出渣量，又節(jié)省了砌碹時(shí)的水泥用量，同時(shí)會(huì)使工程的成本隨之降低。

However, the majority of users are often unable to solve the problem because the overexcavation quantity on the right side is larger than that on the left side.The reason is the structure of the handle body at the back of the drill (the right side of the handle body is wider than the left side, and the left edge is 110mm from the center line of the drill, while the right side is 185mm), which results in the Angle on the right side is larger than that on the left side when drilling side holes.In order to help users solve this problem, our factory has improved the structure on the right side of the drill handle body for many times, and carried out full field tests (the size of the right edge from the center line of the drill was reduced from 185mm to 135mm, close to 110mm on the left).This solution basically solves the problem that the overcut quantity on the right side is larger than that on the left side during excavation, which reduces the amount of slag produced and the amount of cement used during masonry walling, and at the same time reduces the engineering cost.

This improved YT28G rock drill does not affect the universal rate of parts, and does not increase the price, which is very popular with users.
